“It is sad that immigrants who are visible minorities are treated poorly in comparison to their white counterparts.”

I have seen and heard about racial and anti -immigration hate speech. I have friends in Spain and their daughter is in grade 6. There was a new girl in the class who is Black. They have started to to bullying her and calling her names. They have her in social media groups however they have been heckling the student. The student consistently has been singled out and targeted for being Black. I feel like racism and hate speech is in various countries, not just Canada.

I am originally from Spain, I have not experienced any anti immigration speech or rhetoric because I am white. However, I see immigrants who are visible minorities and they experience a lot of hate. People think they are dangerous or treat them differently. It is sad that immigrants who are visible minorities are treated poorly in comparison to their white counterparts.
